That’s the one we list. The site gives (512) 966-5211 for texts and (512) 736-7113 as a 24/7 emergency line.
Why listed
- Named owners and “family-owned and operated” language on the company site, plus a BBB profile naming an owner and a long business history
- Says callers speak directly with the owners. That fits our anti–lead-gen filter.
- Publishes a visit fee and plan prices, and lists a Georgetown street address. It’s the first shop on our list with a Georgetown address.
Caveats
- Stub, with no license/insurance verification by Local Garage Door List.
- The site advertises both a “5-star” and a “4.9-star” Google rating; we have not counted or verified reviews. The BBB profile says it is not BBB-accredited.
- Georgetown address on the site, but the same site also says it is “based out of Lampasas.” Ask which location your tech comes from if travel time matters.
- The contact page lists the $35 visit fee and also “No Trip Charges.” Ask how the fee applies before the visit.
- The site links to a separate Absolute Garage Doors website for DeLand, Florida, which shows the same 24/7 emergency number. We haven’t confirmed how the two businesses are related.
- One commenter in a Jan 2025 r/georgetowntx thread called it “awesome,” said it was “not overpriced,” and said it had helped them same day most times. That’s one person, not a pattern.
